Preparation Suggestion

For 4 burgers, double mince 500g meat (80% meat, 20% fat). Create a marinade using:

• 3 tbsp Sanam Burger Seasoning Spice Mix
• 60ml cold water

Wash minced meat and mix thoroughly with marinade. Keep in the fridge 4-12 hours. Create 4 burger patties and grill on BBQ, or place in oven at 190°C, turning while in oven until fully cooked. Or, fry in shallow cooking oil. Can be used on minced meats, diced meats and skewered meats.
