Preparation Suggestion

For 0.5kg chicken breast, create a marinate using:

• 2 tbsp Chicken Shawarma Spice Mix
• 1 tbsp garlic paste
• 2 tbsp yoghurt
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 3 tbsp olive oil

Wash and cut chicken. Marinate and keep in the fridge 3-24 hours. Grill on BBQ, or place in oven at 190°C, turning until fully cooked.
