Ingredients: Spice Mix (Ground Cayenne, Paprika), Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Monosodium Glutamate, Dried Onion, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Dried Garlic, Colour (E123), Papain. Contains: Sulphites.

Preparation Suggestion

For 1kg chicken breast, create a marinade using:

• 2 tbsp Sanam Chicken Tikka Spice Mix
• 1 freshly squeezed lemon
• 1 tbsp fresh ginger & garlic paste
• 2-3 tablespoons olive oil

Wash and cut chicken breast according to preferred size. Marinate thoroughly in all the ingredients and leave 2-12 hours in the fridge. Grill on BBQ or place in oven at 190°C. Or, pour half cup cooking oil in frying pan and cook on low-medium heat. Can be used on chicken, meat, steak, fish, salads, burgers, paneer tikka and in curries.
