Ingredients: Spice Mix (Paprika, Chilli Flakes, Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Corn Maltodextrin, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Sugar, Dried Onion. Contains: Sulphites.

Preparation Suggestion

For 0.5kg chicken wings, leave skin on wings and create a marinade using:

• 4 tbsp Chicken Wings Spice Mix
• 2 tbsp corn starch
• 2 tbsp olive oil

Wash chicken and marinate thoroughly in all the ingredients and leave 3-24 hours in the fridge. Grill on BBQ or place in oven at 190˚C, turning wings over while in oven until golden brown. Can be used on chicken, meat, steak, fish, salads, burgers and in curries.
