Preparation Suggestion

For 1kg chicken, create a marinade using:

• 4 tbsp Fish Seasoning
• 2 tbsp freshly crushed garlic
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1/4 cup water

Wash and cut fish. Marinate thoroughly and leave for 3 hours in the fridge fridge. Grill on BBQ or place in oven at 190˚C, turning while in oven until fully cooked.
