Ingredients: Spice Mix (Ground Coriander, Chilli Flakes, Ground Cumin, Salt, Dehydrated Onion, Dried Garlic, Mint. Contains: Sulphites.

Preparation Suggestion

For 1kg kebab, mince 1kg meat (80% meat, 20% fat), create a mix as follows:

• Finely chop 1 white onion and squeeze water out of chopped onion using a cheesecloth.
• Wash minced meat and mix in chopped onion
• 3-4 tbsp Sanam Kebab Spice Mix.

Make kebabs from the mix and grill on BBQ, or place in oven at 190°C, turning while in oven until fully cooked. Or, fry in shallow oil on medium heat. To use on minced meats, diced meats and skewered meats.
