Preparation Suggestion

For 1kg chicken breast, create a marinade using:

• 2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
• 3 tbsp green chilli paste
• 1/4 cup of fresh cream
• 1/2 cup of youghurt
• 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon
• 5 tbsp butter
• 4 tbsp The Canadian Spice Company Malaik Tikka Spice Mix

Wash chicken and marinate thoroughly in all the ingredients and leave 3-24 hours in the fridge. Grill on BBQ or place in oven at 190˚C until fully cooked
