Ingredients: Spice Mix (Black Pepper Cut (10%), Black Pepper (7%), Ground Paprika), Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Sugar, Dehydrated Garlic, Monosodium Glutamate, Dried Onion, Natural Orange Flavouring (1%), Colour (E123). Contains: Sulphites.

Preparation Suggestion

For 1kg chicken, create a marinade using:

• 2 tbsp Orange Pepper
• 1 tbsp fresh ginger & garlic paste
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 3 tbsp olive oil

Wash and cut chicken. Marinate thoroughly in all the ingredients and leave 3-24 hours in the fridge. Grill on BBQ or place in oven at 190˚C, turning while in oven until fully cooked. Can be used on chicken, meat, steak, fish, salads, burgers and in curries.
