Preparation Suggestion

For 1 chicken create a marinade using:

• 4 tbsp The Canadian Spice Company Pathani Chicken Spice Mix
• 1 freshly squeezed lemon
• 2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
• 1/2 cup yoghurt.

Wash and make fine cuts in chicken. Marinate thoroughly and leave 3-24 hours in the fridge. Grill on BBQ or place in oven at 190˚C, turning until fully cooked.
