Ingredients: Spice Mix (Ground Cayenne, African Bird’s Eye Chilli, Chilli Flakes, Salt, Sugar, Dehydrated Garlic, Dried Onion, Corn Starch, Herb Mix (Bay Leaf, Oregano). Contains: Sulphites.

Allergy advice: May contain traces of sesame, mustard, gluten, and tree nuts.

Preparation Suggestion

For 1 kg chicken, create a marinade using:

• 4 tbsp Peri Peri Extra Hot Spice Mix
• 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• ½ tbsp fresh ginger & garlic paste
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp mustard paste
• 3 tbsp olive oil

Wash and cut the chicken. Marinate thoroughly and leave for 3-24 hours in the fridge. Grill on BBQ or place in the oven at 190°C, turning while in the oven until fully cooked.
