Ingredients: Spice Mix (Paprika, Chilli Flakes, Black Pepper), Salt, Sugar, Dehydrated Garlic, Dried Onion, Monosodium, Glutamate, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Dehydrated Onion, Herb Mix (Bay Leaf, Oregano). Contains: Sulphites.

Allergy advice: May contain traces of sesame, mustard, gluten, and tree nuts.

Preparation Suggestion

For 1kg steak/1 chicken, create a marinade using:

• 3 tbsp Portuguese Seasoning
• 2 tbsp fresh ginger & garlic paste
• ½ cup yoghurt
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• ½  cup olive oil
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Wash and make fine cuts in meat. Marinate thoroughly in all the ingredients and leave 3-24 hours in the fridge. Grill on BBQ or place in oven at 190°C, turning while in oven until fully cooked. Can be used on steak, chicken, meat, fish, salads, burgers and in curries.
