Ingredients: Spice Mix (Smoked Paprika, Chilli Flakes, Black Pepper), Smoked Salt, Sugar, Dehydrated Garlic, Dried Onion, Monosodium Glutamate, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Dried Garlic, Herb Mix (Bay Leaf, Oregano). Contains: Sulphites.

Preparation Suggestion

For 1kg steak/1kg lamb chops, create a marinade using:

• 4 tbsp Steak & Chops Spice Mix
• 1 ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• ½  tbsp mustard paste
• 1 tbsp chili & garlic sauce,
• 1 ½ tbsp fresh ginger & garlic paste
• ¾  freshly squeezed lemon
• 1 ½ tbsp olive oil

Wash and make fine cuts in meat. Marinate thoroughly in all the ingredients and leave 3-24 hours in the fridge. Grill on BBQ, or place in oven at 190°C, turning until fully cooked. Can be used on steak, lamb chops, chicken, meat, fish, salads.
