Ingredients:

Spice Mix (Black Pepper, Paprika, Chilli Flakes, Ground Coriander), Salt, Dehydrated Garlic (7%), Monosodium Glutamate, Dried Garlic (3%), Sugar, Dried Onion, Garlic Granules (2.9%), Dehydrated Butter (whey solids, enzyme-modified butter, annato, turmeric) (1.9%), Corn Starch, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Herb Mix (Oregano, Bay Leaf), Natural Flavouring. Contains: Sulphites.

Preparation Suggestion

For 1kg steak breast, create a marinade using:

• 3 tbsp Steak Rub Double Garlic Butter
• 2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
• 1/2 cup yoghurt
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1/2 olive oil
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Wash and make fine cuts into stake. Marinate thoroughly in all the ingredients and leave 2-12 hours in the fridge. Grill on BBQ or place in oven at 190°C until fully cooked.
