Preparation Suggestion
For 1 chicken, create a marinade using:

• 3 tbsp Supreme Tandoori Masala
• 1 Freshly squeezed lemon
• 2 tbsp fresh ginger & garlic paste
• 2–3 tbsp olive oil

Wash and make fine cuts in chicken. Marinate the chicken thoroughly and leave 3–24 hours in the fridge. Grill on BBQ or bake in oven at 190°C, turning until fully cooked. For best results, roast inside a tandoor. Can be used on chicken, meat fish salads, burgers and in curries.
